"Groove" dance comp in September
ViKiNGs dance crew will compete in the
open category at the coming Groove Dance
competition, organised by Hoopdreamz.
ViKiNGs are looking forward to being a
part of this comp and have been working
hard on their brand new show for this comp.

"Sitti Navarro" event
Liza & Lucky from
ViKiNGs danced backup for Charisse Buena
at the recent sold-out "Sitti Navarro" event.
Charisse gave Sitti a well-earned break
between her sets and treated the packed
crowd to her unique RnB interpretations.
Other strong support performances were
from Grace Iwasaki and RAW Sounds 2006

ViKiNGs showcase at Urban
Force Studios Mid-Year concert
ViKiNGs dance crew supported the vibrant Mid-Year concert
event for Urban Force Studios in June.
This event was a great success as hundreds
of students and parents were entertained
by dance and other performances that
showcased the strength of this studio
(owned by Amanda, Cyrus and Liza from ViKiNGs). ViKiNGs were inspired by the
great performances earlier in the night to
deliver an emphatic performance. For

RAW on the Dancefloor

RAW on the Dancefloor 2007 showed the
strength and depth of Hip-hop/RnB in
Melbourne. The crews that took part
can all be proud of their efforts - it was

Hideo gets a role in
Spielberg / Hanks movie: "The Pacific"
Big congrats to
ViKiNGs crew member Hideo who has scored a
role in the major movie "The Pacific",
produced by Steven Spielbery and Tom
Hanks. Hideo is up in Queensland
while they are filming on location, so we
are missing him from ViKiNGs for a few
months. The good news is he will be
back in Melbourne after a few months.
